Harshita is a corporate, commercial and criminal lawyer, having completed her B.A. LL.B (H) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya, National Law University, Lucknow. Harshita has an experience of about seven years devoted to litigation and corporate practise. Harshita has worked with law firms as well as offices of independent legal practitioners enriching her knowledge base with regard to both litigation and advisory practice. Harshita has represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various tribunals like National Company Law Tribunal, State and National Consumer Forums, National Green Tribunal, etc.
Harshita has a vast experience in dealing with domestic and international arbitration, domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, etc. She is involved in drafting and execution of various corporate agreements and other contractual provisions with regard to corporate firms, MSME industries, etc. She is involved with various domestic companies in advisory capacity and also represents their legal teams in conferences, meetings, etc.
Harshita also has an enriching practice in criminal law and procedure with regard to white collar crimes, prosecution in money laundering cases, etc. She has assisted independent senior counsels in cases involving insider trading, criminal misappropriation of property and unjust enrichment involving bills of lading, etc. between cross border parties. Harshita has appeared on many occasions before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Trial Courts with regard to prosecution of other crimes.
Sakshi is a corporate and commercial lawyer having completed her LL.B from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. Sakshi is an Advocate-On-Record with the Supreme Court of India. Sakshi has eight years of experience having practised and advised across a spectrum of laws. Sakshi has previously worked with law firms as well as independent legal practitioners gaining experience in both advisory and litigation practice.
Sakshi has advised and represented various renowned corporate houses and international organizations including public law institutions, manufacturers, logistics service providers and healthcare companies. Sakshi has also represented various government departments and undertakings before various Courts, Tribunals and quasi judicial authorities. Sakshi represents clients in various high stakes domestic and international arbitrations.
Sakshi has advised on complex legal issues concerning Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration Act, Anti-dumping, Aviation, Securities and Exchange Board of India rules and regulations and Environmental Law. The clients to whom the advise/opinion was rendered include companies involved in the business of steel manufacturing, production of vegetable oil, information technology, soda ash manufacturing, real estate, bottling plants etc.
Sakshi has assisted in slump sale of cloth manufacturing unit and has also assisted and advised clients in mergers and demergers.
Sakshi has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange, National Green Tribunal and various other Tribunals and quasi judicial authorities.
Sakshi is a member of Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association and is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi.
